i purchased a couple of these to rehabilitate tendonitis in hands. the first was blue and excellent. fantastic for tendons on back of hand. the finger holes are small but flexible so allow for stretching over bigger fingers. don't be afraid to really pull on them to get them where you want them. tension is adjustable. the further down the fingers you set this the less strength is required. I was so impressed with the first that I purchased a second one. this second one was dark blue and appears to be made from a different material. this one is way less flexible than the first and basically unusable. very disappointed by this. do the different colors require different levels of strength to use?
