Firstly, Banggood's service is truly EXCELLENT! From the order, payment, shipping, small custom duty till delivery they kept me informed and up to date. Fantastic service - thank you Banggood! The camera is also of very good quality for it's price and the software works great! This is not my first Escam QF518 camera so, I can truly recommend it from personal experience - using one already for a few months now. Picture is great and the sound can be set very loud! Tracking and human detection work great too. Dual light system works fine too. All can be modify in the app.. NB! Go through the app. program settings and set it up properly - if you do that you should not have ANYTHING to complain about. Not once did the program stall or gave any problems till this day. :) Again - thank you Banggood for your honesty and prompt, great service! I sincerely appreciate it.

Hopentrust PS I just would like to say that the software that these cameras work is truly the best I have used! It is "iCSee"... What I like is how easy one can go to alarm video clips and that one can share captured clips directly after after recording. Both my cameras are working via wifi and their range are impressive! The cameras are only connected to their 12V powerpacks - no other wires. Hope it helps someone. Escam cameras became my favorite brand - because of this software! 😊👍🏻
