I's my second C4002, the previous one was given to a kid to learn FPV. In my previous C4002 colors were too gray and red so I changed the lens for a better 808#16 lens C 120° (better for close FPV) , I was happy then. In this one, the colors are ok, probably a little too much saturated, but I guess this could compensate an FPV screen too grey. White parts of pictures are anyway over lighted see pictures. I have extract some frames from tests videos taken by hand to show you the overall quality of the camera. If you don't want jello with this cam on a quadcopter, put some rubber bands to better attach the cam to the copter and put some foam ear plugs between cam and copter to isolated the cam from vibrations. You can get good 1280x720p videos with it. It's not a 808#16 but a good 720p camera as you can find on many phones Happy flights to all ;-).

I bought this because I lost first camera and this working better than old. Now monitor find right frequens allways right and range is +200m. Working well with Eachine VR-007.

Wow what a great camera! 720p HD pictures and Video; and it records your flight on a Micro card in the unit. 5.8ghz transmitter works well and is very surprising! It has an internal battery so it powers itself. I would recommend it to anyone with a small quad! It can't be beat for the price and quality!

It has a battery inside. The 3 wire cable does not need to be connected for the video transmitter functionality. So you can use it on other drone. To use the recorder/photograph functionality the cable must be attached to the drone it was made for. To charge the battery you need a charger cable. I forgot to order one. Minus point is the opening angle of the camera, for FPV you want more.

I normally dont try things out right away, especially camera's because i am so hard on them and have had such bad luck with crash's and fly a way's. i have an 808 key chain camera that I have not tried yet and it's been hear for over month.. now that I know there are short time limit's on disputing a purchase< sometimes I will make an effort to find out sooner if an item is going to work or not. I still did not fly with this camera mounted on anything. but I did start to design another one of my anti gel mounts and during that process i charged the camera and my extra monitor and plugged it into an x6 quad and turned it on and I could see the fpv transmission, then I hit the record button while a sd card was inserted and the monitor indicated that it was recording, so it's probably fine. the glue is probably dry on the rubber anti gel mount I made for it so tonight I will probably take a flight with the camera mounted and recording !

This is an advantage since camera won't draw on quad's battery. But it is also a disadvantage because if battery is discharged the camera will not work.. You get about 30 minutes use per charge.
