This is a fast tablet with a large variety of programs already installed and available. It synced with my Google account, no problem.
My 1 complaint, why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 star was it came to me, in the USA, set to Chinese. I do not understand Chinese and spent a day trying to figure out how to reset a system when I could not read or understand any of the text or on screen instructions. The user manual is very small and does not cover very much. I was able to do a Factory Reset on the tablet (all it needed) and set the language to English (US) when I was setting it back up - I imagine the machine was set to Chinese because somebody in China turned it on to test it (setting it to Chinese) and soon as they ran their tests it was turned off, packaged up & shipped to some Fulfillment Center and then to me. They were too rushed to take the 3-4 minutes the Factory Reset took.
It uses the Android 10 OS, but Google was not the company to go to for help with this. That was over an hour of frustrating time as I was texting various people there seeking help getting the tablet out of Chinese.
