Kuntal ghosh lol , did u even see there is a 16v capacitor? u should only use this with 12v battery (max 14.1v)

the “18v” marking on the PCB is the OUTPUT (ac), not an input!
if you apply dc to transformer you will fry it!! That’s basics dude!
feed it with 12v arounf the cap, then you should have 18vac along with 220-380vac
