Its OV cut off is at 4,25V which is a bit high depending on the current. So do not use it as a regular charge cutoff if you want a decent lifetime of your batterys.

After much searching, I found another vendor on Ebay that had a picture of the setup. I could not copy it, but I will describe. With component side facing you and plug facing down, the negative B- connection is the hole in the upper right corner. The B+ positive battery connection goes directly to the output plug you are using. The P- negative output on the BMS board goes to the negative output plug you are using. The charger connection is positive side directly to positive terminal of battery, and the negative charger connection goes to the CH- on the BMS board. Hope that helps. Banggood should pay more attention to making this clear, even after several people including me asked for clarification. Their response wans not useful. Have not set it up yet, but will add to comment when I do.
This is a cheap, but well working BMS.
