Tested module from 400khz to 900mhz. It has good gain across this range. I found if the input was above 100mV, the second harmonic creeped up fast to about -10db. The output reached levels as advertised, but the harmonic content needs to be filtered. This is normal for this type of module.

Получил посылочку где-то через месяц думал не придет потому как заказывал в первый раз на свой страх и риск. И всё таки мне повезло. Усилок пашет немного греется работает через модулятор. Единственное что слабенький возможно всему виной антенна НЕЧЕМ замерить КСВ. Продавца рекомендую СПАСИБО!!!

For anyone else who is interested, I can confirm the gain is around +30dB. The attached sweep shows the gain of the device from 1MHz to 1GHz. Test power at 100mW out at 1MHz, and swept at constant input. George, M1GEO.

These are a bit less than 2W at the high end but they work well enough. I use with an RF generator to boost output to calibrate a power meter.
