Don't buy this. It won't last for long. The !! metal !! inside (where the coil is attached to) broke into two pieces after using this device for probably 1h after all

My hands are not big and they just fit in. As already stated in other review it's plastic, but it looks sound enough. Definitively good. Easy to regulate.

Can't stop using it, this is a miracle for me. It is not even good for regular (and very hard) exercising but for stress reduction too. I highly recommend this to everyone (just start at minimum difficulty). ;)

The product is well made and comfortable to hold. It seems like it will hold up well. The adjustment mechanism is easy to use and makes a substantial difference in the effort required to squeeze the grip. I bought this to replace a grip that I've had for years which finally fell apart, and so far I'm very pleased. I'm not including a photo because it looks exactly as pictured.
