Really great product. Tested it first, to feel the shock, and it's not painful for the pets, it's only the sensation of discomfort. Works on 3 simple steps: 1st - a single bip (that later your dog associates as a stop), 2nd - a bip vibration (here the pet gets uncomfortable, and hopefully quits the barking), 3rd - the shock (really, i did try it, and even on max intensity, does not hurt). I am a dog lover, and wouldn't recommend if i was not confident. 5* for me! (and the barking ended too)
