I bought these to replace a faulty Oxford set and simply installed over the Oxford grips. I spliced into the original wiring for the Oxford and used the Oxford switch gear which is a better quality than the one supplied. The heaters themselves work very well and to be honest, perform initially better than the original Oxford set. Time will tell if they'll last or not but, so far I'm happy with the product.
