Q: Does it work on 5G network

尋ねた BG231325151 に 2022-07-01 04:25:05

OldGrey3108 Absolutely not. The 5G cellular phone bands and protocol are completely different from the WiFi 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands and protocol. The Wavlink AC600 is strictly designed to receive, decode and retransmit both wire and radio based internet system to extend it's radio range and link its ethernet range as locally needed. Should your smartphone need need to use the internet for call and SMS traffic, the AC600 will accept it's WiFi transmission to a connected gateway and provide internet call support via WiFi provided the Internet Service Provider offers the service..

OldGrey3108 Possibly! In my situation, I had the same problem! My local internet ISP was terrible and only offered a slow 2.4 GB service using 40 year-old discontinued equipment from a discontinued ISP company. Please remember that any 5 gigabyte per second radio service is a 5G WiFi signal and line of sight only. I ended up changing to T-Mobile's family constant internet service for just internet and love it. T-Mobile had just converted my entire area over to 5G Cellular and offering free hotspot equipment for $55 a month with a measured constant 140 GB data speed. My closest 5G cellular tower was just 1.2 miles away line of sight. Their cellular hotspot device registered 3 bar cellular signal strength, rain or shine and their internet held a constant signal using cellular 5G protocol--I love that! Their best 5g cellular hotspot consists of an indoor-only 4" diameter tube, 7" high by 11 high round cylinder, offering local WiFi connection, and two RJ-45 ethernet ports, a useless cellular RJ-12 phone jack, and comes with a 12 volt DC, 2 amp power supply. This 5G cellular hotspot requires about one weekly restart using a reset pushbutton on the device, so access is required.

Q: Can it work by USB bus power?

OldGrey3108 No, USB power is limited to five Volts DC, this amplifier actually needs around 12 volts DC to operate.

OldGrey3108 I gave up on Sinilink after reading a few of the app reviews. First of all, with 97 reviews it got ranked by all users at a rating of 2.3 out of 5 points, which earns it a terrible rating. I ended up simply using my phone's bluetooth interface which pairs perfectly with the Sinilink XINYI audio amp and bluetooth receiver.

Q: What does mean the "Lo" message in the display?

尋ねた BG857941014 に 2021-02-19 03:15:49

OldGrey3108 "Lo" stands for a lower than expected temperature. This thermometer is meant for medical use only in the normal human body temperature range.

OldGrey3108 Beingan electrical engineer, I understood the documentation where it clearly tells you to use any 12 volt supply. Higher voltage will overheat the chip and may destroy it.
