tommielauriks no,it is 12V. If you want 5V, then buy a 5V power supply

tommielauriks Idon't think so. The resistance div is a little low, but is does react to small changes. Deadzones are usually implemented by the app to overcome noise on the line. If the pod has deadzones on it's on it might just be broken

Q: what is max voltage i can supply to V IN

尋ねた djtahp に 2019-08-17 04:11:52

tommielauriks ithas a power regulator up to 12V, use a little less to be save, but it can surely take more than 5V like suggested by other people

tommielauriks Yes,for 12V you can use it directly up to 60W. If you want to run 24V, you can make a voltage amplifier (only if you know enough about electricity) or, easier, buy a 24V power supply, or buy 2 of these and put them in series. If you don't know what series is, please don't try, can be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. With a 24V power supply (not this one) you can power the 12V led stip, if you have 2 of them. Put them in serie (plus to minus, like a stacking batteries, make a circle). Combined they can take 12 12 = 24V. Cheers

tommielauriks Allit should do to make a virtual COM port. To get it to work you need a usb-serial driver installed on your computer. These are easy to find for all systems. In windows device manager, look for either a serial device (means its working) or an unknown device (means you need a driver). If it works you need some kind of communication program to interact with your serial port. It is weirdly hard to find a free version of this, but they are very easy to program in most programming languages. Hoops this helps. Also, perhaps you can define "to work" a bit better so I can help you better.
