this camera is the worst purchase a total waste of money,the buttons are so hard to push to activate any displays,the down button doesn't work at all,the battery time is very poor,it has a mind of its own,try ing to activate video, camera,menus ,even to try and turn it off, I would like to return it for your inspection,to prove what kind of substandard equipment you are selling. yours truly,,,,,TW canadas west coast
