msgouros haven't test it on Samsung Note 3. better use it on Android 9 device for drivers compatibility

BG105365535 The throttle is proportional but it will no work with a 2s. 2s battery are pretty weak for that vehicle.

BG502556513 I can't say for definite, but I don't think it will because the phone has to support UVC and work with OTG connector, and I think otg came in later than Android 4. If you look at Eachine site there are details of phones they have tested it on which might help.
