Arrived quickly, well packaged, no damage. Before assembly I read every instruction on web for this and similar units and watched every video I could find. Assembly was straightforward, but watch out for small differences in the screws and spacers. The videos are essential for setting up belts, pulleys and carriages. Its very basic - no fancy V-slots or T-nuts, but it works. The no-frills PCB is exclusive to this model, has PWM control. The downloaded software (from link on this page) has everything required for Windows 10. There are videos for setting up and using BenBox which are quite helpful for installing driver and understanding settings. It just plugged and played for me. Its only 2W, a bit slow for cutting but engraved cardboard quite quickly and cleanly. But it didn't come with the safety glasses that were advertised. It may be possible to use another GUI and GRBL, but this could void the warranty, and you'd need to trace out the PCB to get pinouts, a challenge for more experienced users. But the included BenBox does the basics quite well including raster images. Thumbs up (except for safety glasses).

Placed order Feb 4, arrived Apr 6 (8 weeks), which is unusual for BG as I have received other goods in less than 2 weeks. But since the demand for this item is so high there was a backlog, and came on the slow boat. Arrived intact, high quality circuit board with all components, put the kit together with the matching case in about 2 hours, went together perfectly, very tidy, works like a champ.
