Car is hilarious! Grease the diffs! Get oil shocks. I run it on 3s 850mah Tattu 75c-150c burst batteries exclusively. Wheelies on demand the back of your car will be worn. It will strip spur gears so stock up, haha. Tires will need constant glue. I hit an aluminum plow marker post at full 3s speed 52kph and broke the front hub and shattered a wheel.

racer2021 They are smaller than erevo tires. Compare the diameter if you would like to know the difference.

racer2021 3s puts the motor over 55,000rpms. I believe that motor caps out at 50,000rpm's. 11.4v would put you at about 50k. With that being said you will probably be ok with 3s if you don't go full throttle until the voltage is lower.

racer2021 I can confirm as jsanfilippo1975 stated, the rear dog bones are the only metal. I have put some serious miles on mine and nothing has broken. I ordered a complete metal set of everything to go in it but haven't needed to change anything. Being all plastics makes it run really smooth and have very long battery life.

Q: Is there an esc i can upgrade to ? I would like to run 3s 2200mah. Are there parts available?

racer2021 I run my q902 on 3s all the time with this esc. It strips spur and pinion gears like every 5 packs or so but no issues with the esc. I use 850mah 75c 150c burst Tattu lipos with an adapter from xt60 to T-Plug. Again no electrical issues the motor gets a little warm but not bad.
