Normal principle is that such relay should have 'five pins' in total, 'two pins' are reserved for the 'coil' - input and rest 'three pins' acts as a 'switch' of which 'one pin' is "common" (generally input) and remaining 'two pins' of which 'one pin' is - normally connected (Nc) to the "common" - (means when the relay coil is not energized) and the 'other pin' is - normally open (No) to the "common" - (in same situation-relay coil is not energized). The layout of the relay, since the relay is soldered on a PCB so if you see from the soldered side, you will see three pins are almost in a line (except the middle pin) whereas opposite to these pins the rest two pins of the relay are parallel to the said line. Keep these three pins said (almost in a line, except the middle one) on your left, so on your right will be the rest two pins - these rest two pins are the output of the relay switch i.e. the top pin is No (normal open) and the bottom pin is Nc (normal contact). Normal means when the relay coil is not energized). Therefore the former three pins on your left - the middle one form the input of the relay switch and rest two pins (i.e. top-left and bottom left) are two pins of the coil of the relay - when energized, it Nc (normal contact) opens and No (normal open) contacts.
