Q: How to solder the data line once the strip cutted? Only positive and ground are exposed, there is no copper pad for data (except at each end and middle of the strip)

StimpyGoblin Youcan scrape off a bit of the backside to expose the copper. With some tin, you can solder some cables to it. I do it that way and it works perfect.
