Good Day!
This is just a tip about the product. The unit have an arm where two springs are to be attached. I am mentioning this because, in the package one of the nuts from this post where the spring is attached, was not attached. I tried repeatedly to attach it, but the spring post consist of one with the bolt attached and the other one cap it by screwing onto it so that the springs will be attacked. After many attempts I was not able to get it to stay, because the bolt is not long enough for it to grab securly to stay on. The bolt is too short, so that is why it came off. It was not far enough into the nut because the bold barely come out on the other side. It is still working with the single spring, just not as responsive. I would send you some pictures but I hope that I explained it enough. I do hope that feedback will be of some help, enough to help the manufacture. It is just that the dual spring bolt was just to short for the nut connection on the other side of the frame so that was why the bolt came off during shipping.

mmmthings55 It is 60to 240 volts @ 50-60hz that is within the standard us spec.
