Geoff oh boy I had same problem .. you need to Google the product and download a new bios and the update application and reflash the device using your Pc with USB cable to device... once I did this the device booted properly

Geoff this is purely an outer casing your current key fob inner circuitry can be placed inside.. you do get a spare uncut key which you can have cut from original.
