I received the pen in good condition in its box but after going to use it the button that is supposed to be used to select between pla and abs only allows me to select Spanish or English when the pen says it is ready it does not work do not buy as it is absolutely useless and does not do anything it is supposed to DO NOT BUY

Q: it doesn’t work when plugged in is suppose to ask me to select filament type I cannot all I can select is English or Spanish with the mode button and low, medium or high speed feed I cannot select between abs and pla
