OldFart has a strobe, and what appears to be 2 brightness settings. throws a huge circle with no focus ability. it's a nice torch, the strobe is very disorienting . it can be turned on and off with a single button push, after you land on a setting.

presch Anywhere between 0.05 watts to 0.5 watts. Putting in a couple of watts will probably destroy them. Totally irrelevant question.

presch The magnet is built into the light. The mounts that come with it are a piece of thin steel about 25mmx15mm with double sided sticky tape attached. Easy to make one out of the metal from a tin can (steel) and some double sided sticky tape
