Received in good order . Packaged well and delivery on time. Shaver performs OK. I expect it would cut better on wispy soft Asian facial hair than it does on heavy hair growth of some western men. Pity there are no instructions written in English.

Product satisfactory and of good quality. Wish I could say the same for the delivery service. Toll girl in Ho Chi Minh firstly informs me that that my address and telephone number is INCORRECT. So I reply telling her it is not incorrect and reconfirm the delivery information and provide a google map showing address. Next email she tells me that the parcel is waiting at the Post Office in my city and I have to collect urgently. A few days ago I contacted her by phone and she contradicts herself and tells me the parcel is still in Ho Chi Minh. So I reply to her requesting new update delivery information and ask why delivery to the Post Office and not my home as requested. So after sending the fourth email on the matter the Postman now arrives at my door with this parcel. All along this Toll lady has told many lies and sending incorrect information so causing confusion. Here is a copy of her last email. .Dear Sir/ Madam, Thanks for your order on banggood. We are very sorry to tell you that your order is in your local post station and wait for you to pick up. The tracking number is 555917448450,you can check it on http://www.tollgroup.com/ Could you please go to your local post station to get your order? The order can't be stay in the post office for so long. You could call Tel: +84 28 3848 9394/95 to get in contact. Please pick up the parcel soon before it sent back. We are sorry that if the processing time is exceeded, your parcel will be requested to ruin or return by the local post office. And the extra cost of the parcel will deduct from the refund amount. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Rainie Here is my reply: Dear Rainie, Now you have me totally confused. My secretary called your office on Thursday to ask for your confirmation if my parcel had been sent the Post Office in Hai Duong City. It was confirmed to her the parcel had not even left Ho Chi Minh. If it had not even left Ho Chi Minh why did you send me an email telling me to collect it from the Hai Duong post office. Why is it you are sending it to the Post Office and not to my home address which is the nominated delivery point? 6B Trinh Thi Lan Hai Duong City Hai Duong Province Vietnam Please confirm exactly where my parcel is at the moment. I know it is advertised without a power supply but I would have thought that like most other things of this nature they could have included one (at extra cost of course) to save buyers having to chase around stores to buy one to specification so as to make it work. Not all of us have a drawer full of power supplies ready to use for occasions such as this.
