Kobie If you are comfortable with electronics, try and replace the speed control with a light dimmer, or heating element controller. It is a brushed motor, so it should work. If it is a standard general purpose series motor, it will just run faster if the load is too small. With a light dimmer it may "tame" the speed somewhat with load on it. See more

Kobie I tested the board as with the other small ones in the photo, and I'm very happy. The balance function works well, and even the bad cells end up equal in two different sets.
