That's a nice educational board, very well made, nice and clean soldering job, beautiful dark pcb, and all the components are aligned perfectly. It looks very expensive! On the LED pins, I don't know what red pins do (marked as V), but black (marked G) is the ground and yellow (marked S) goes to a pinMode of your Arduino.
