Looks good.but speed control doess't work properly. For a few seconds, it allows to control speed, but then go to maximum speed and does not respond to control. So, itactually just works at full speed

Kobie If you are comfortable with electronics, try and replace the speed control with a light dimmer, or heating element controller. It is a brushed motor, so it should work. OR, try and put load on it and see if the speed control does not work then as is. If it is a standard general purpose series motor, it will just run faster if the load is too small. With a light dimmer it may "tame" the speed somewhat with load on it.
