I like this type of the pad, resistant to blowing air without need to tie down. It can also make some hard or sharp surfaces more drone-friendly. I like the darker side, it is not attracting that much attention. The downside is the weight you are going to carry. 400g is already something not to be ignored in some scenarios. If the pad gets wet or dirty, you don't want to just drop it into bag and spoil the other things inside.
