I use it to replace my pillow at night, and after you find the right position it is a pleasure to sleep with it. It can be relatively warm if the room temperature is too hot. I use it as well as pillow for massages. During trips is handy, in trains and planes it really makes speeping on hardsurfaces much simpler. The noise reduction is basically not existing, but you can easily use earplugs. Light doesn;t pass at all if well positioned on the eyes. The pillow may be a bit too big for kids, but teenagers and adults will find it just fine.
