The item I received does not look like the item in the picture. The item received has 2 moveable / swiveling sides and will not "hook" onto the neck of a 750ml wine bottle and thus does not stay in position when attempting to "pump" the top of cap stopper. The materials seem to be of good quality, but just plain does not function. The item pictured on website is one solid piece. Attached pictures show what I received.
