I tested one in the air. It works fine, except that the reception qualitty is inferior to RC305, which has a sensitivty of -90 dbi. This product is supposed to be -95 dbi (which would give it almost double range), but it seems to be around -87 dbi. It is possible that this is just a faulty one or something happened during soldering of antenna base, but for the time being my verdict is: crap, do not buy it..
