took the Civic year 99 door auctor apart it is the same motor only shorter shaft. cut the shaft with a dremel like tool to length, mount the gear and put the motor in the auctor assembled and it works like new.

I just recived the motor and checked allready.work perfect i dont make the instalation yen but when ready advice you.

I bought 2 of these motors with the understanding that these were actual Mabuchi motors. However when I placed it into the door lock actuator, the door would unlock when locked and never lock. Once I figured out that this motor was a Chinese knock off for the actual piece I made sure I got the actual Mabuchi motor made in Vietnam with Mabuchi Motor printed in an arc on the plastic and the fix was completed. Buyer beware, spend the extra few dollars and make sure the motors are actually from Mabuchi.
