Very good sockets with on/OFF capability via WiFi and the added value of being able to monitor consumption of the connected device. Very good purchase

In a previous order from 3 of this item was 1 faulty (broken, didn't work at all from the beginning). I tried it our several times in other wall sockets with no success. After some discussion with the banggood support team (showing picture and video evidences about the faulty product), they offered me the choice of getting a refund or sending me a new one to replace the faulty one. Because i wanted 3 from this product, i chose the 2nd option. After a while (packiging, shipping time) i got my package with the new item. Now i used it for a few days already and it works great. I'm really happy about how we could resolve this issue. Nice support! And the product has great features as well. I recommend for purchasing items from this site and also the product. Thanks
