the printer is built well. It's not perfect, like anything at this price point. I can say the initial print turned out beautiful. the help desk is extremely attentive. they get back with you quickly. asking pointed questions and sending video helps. well worth the money spent. very Happy with the purchase. I expect really good things from this company.

Got the printer on time. Easy to assemble, instructions are clear. Had few questions and got quick and good answers from customer support

Even though the package I received looked like it had been thrown down a flight of stairs(even the styrofoam was broken!) , they shipped the wrong power cord, the bed was falling off the linear rails and I had to take it apart to tighten the sliders. the gantry stepper motor spindle is bent, every screw was loose, ~ This is still an incredible printer! The menu system is full of great extra features, bed leveling is easy, print quality is superb, and the printing speeds are crazy fast!
