arrived in 24 days very good packaging, one of the nuts didn't have threads , but works awesome, the Android app is really easy to configure and its amazing how fast is to assemble it and start engraving right away

I see the price has dropped by a few pounds today, but I still feel I got what i paid for... The laser arrived in very robust black, very firm plastic foam. No chance of bent items in that packing. 20 watt laser cuts and etches very well. I use it on balsa wood, ply and bamboo. I followed the very slim instructions and tightened the drive belt on arrival. Have even etched the back of a mobile phone to very good effect. NEJE software works but is too simplistic, so have used Lightburn software

Shipped out in 2 days. Arrived in 8 days. 2 screws and 4 bolts to assemble. Very easy to get started. The bag was a bit damaged which had the laser in it. Scratches on plastic. But I am happy. 5/5
