First of all this servo is continuous rotation it will not hold it's position, but will just turn in one or another direction. The direction is set with PWM period deviation from neutral (1.5 ms) to lower or higher value. It also has something like soft start feature. It will actually vork as a normal servo but in a small range something like 0,2 ms. and when the deviation is more than this value it will start to rotate continuosly with rather constant speed. Measured about 2 kg*cm torque, but it surely can hold a larger torque.
