Worked from 1st power up with iphone4 and Win10 BT Stack+generic bluetooth dongle, NO PROBLEM so far. Nice PCB and layout. NO stupid VOICE shouting "BLUETOOTH DEVICE IS READY TO PAIR" or whatsoever; this device is QUIET and only beeps on MaxVol, MinVol and that's it! PlayPause/PREV/NEXT buttons control and module state pin (3,3v when active) . Device connect automatically to last paired device, and it memorize 2 devices. Add the 470uF on VCC/GND pins, works fine from 3,3 to 5v. Keep AudioGND decoupled from GND to avoid noises. Note that AudioOUT is LINEout, not powerful enough for 32ohms headphones. GOOD MODULE!

Have heard some complaints that this unit has some noise issues but mine is dead quiet, probably due to proper power/signal isolation. Range is good, more than 5m I'd say. All the chips look legit too, no dodgy printing or scraped-off markings on mine! Not the cheapest unit but much more user-friendly to solder up.

I bought few of them and also different models. This one is without connection/disconnection sound, so it is absolutely great. Transmitting distance is adequate, approx 9 meters and thru two brick walls. Only thing is missing, ability to change ID and passkey. Or did I miss something? Linked with TK2050 on the picture, using his 5V stabilizator works well.

I have made a test board with KRC-86B. I wanted to try it with bluetooth audio transmitter. Finally I could solve. :-) These parts (receiver and transmitter) work fine.The little secret: use standard line-level signal instead of headphone output.
