Great piece of kit for measuring the output of RF transmitters. Unit will work up to 10 watts, (with 30dB attenuator of course). Now you can test the output of all your transmitters without breaking the bank. Anyone wishing to purchase the item, be advised it only goes up to 600Mhz, and I would advise purchasing the pack of 3 x Attenuators, (10dB, 20dB, and 30db for increased power readings). It's just what I was looking for, and very happy with the purchase.

This thing is as accurate as could be expected. The buttons are for attenuation and they do no attenuation they add an offset to hte reading. For example the minimum reading the meter will give is about -75 dbm. If you are not comfortable with that scale you can add 75 to it so that it begins at 0 rather than -75. If you made that adjustment the meter would have a range, roughly of 0 to 90 rather than -75 to + 15. If you are not comfortable with the default scale you probably should not be using
