These things are very efficient, they almost could be mistaken for the old incandescent bulbs, apart from one thing. The flicker! I'll assume they lack a filtering capacitor after the rectifier, it's OK if your not moving, but to my eyes if I walk past them or I'm moving my head, the flicker is very pronounced. Still good for the price I guess..
