Product is adequately finished and is functional. Numerous small marks on surface do not hamper the operation of these geared pulleys. Pulleys are shipped in hard plastic shrink-wrap to protect from shipping damage. Recommended for use where functionality and low price is the chief concern.

Pulleys are light, well made, and entirely suitable for utility use. I recommend them, and would buy them again.The only drawback was shipping speed; it took over 3 months to reach a major metropolitan city in Canada. If your need is time critical, you might want to look at paying more for quicker shipping.
