I bought it for testing, but after 10 uses I love it. I use it for small welds in R/C wires and it's perfect for it. You can solder in the middle of the grass. There are no cons... perhaps the energy it needs, but after 10 uses the batteries still work. It gets hot and cool really quick. I think if you want to solder 100 wires at once will be better a wired solder, but for a small amount of solders at once, this tool is perfect.

Bon petit produit, peu encombrant, idéal pour un dépannage mobile de soudure. Les piles sont vite utilisées, mais au contraire des appareils similaires à gaz, il n'y a pas de fuite, et il est rapidement opérationnel. Ne remplace bien évidemment pas un fer à souder secteur.

Soldador a pilas , 3 ilas AA calienta rapido, con bloqueo pulsador.. Punta conica. Puede usar pilas recargables. No es muy barato, pero si no se puede usar gas, es lo mejor.

Ottimo per un utilizzo sporadico, si riscalda (e molto bene) in circa 20 secondi e si raffredda altrettanto velocemente. Utilissimo per veloci riparazioni e quando non si ha bisogno di fare decine di saldature.

I am impress with this little battery operated solder. Very good for small job like tinning wire. I highly recommend this.

Not for everyday use but great for quick jobs where you don't want to pull out AC to where you are working. Good for automotive connections.

But i found out that for 10 euro you can buy the same device her local in the NL. I think this is a nice product but a bit to expensive

if you just need to solder a couple of joints this is very convenient and will do the job
